Advantages
The highly insulated walls with vacuum insulation keep the temperature inside constant – regardless of the outside temperature or traffic conditions. This ensures that fresh baked goods such as cakes, cream slices or snacks remain at the ideal temperature for 3 to 6 hours, and frozen dough pieces reliably retain their quality even on longer journeys.
For optimum performance, the cooling elements should be pre-conditioned to the desired target temperature for approximately 8 to 10 hours. In practice, this is simply done overnight or within defined time slots, so that the boxes are ready for use when order picking begins.
The systems are specifically designed for delicate products such as cakes, cream slices, desserts and fresh snacks. The stable temperature control prevents any loss of quality and ensures safe delivery right to the shop.
Yes. The va-Q-trays are designed to fit standard logistics dimensions and can be easily integrated into existing systems. The va-Q-tray L 35 is also specifically designed for standard baking trays measuring 60 x 40 cm.
Yes. Thanks to the modular mix-and-match design, fresh and frozen products can be transported flexibly in a stack. The base of the top box acts as a lid for the box below it.
