The va-Q-box ensures safe and consistent temperature-controlled transportation of fresh/frozen groceries and other sensitive goods. It consists of a lightweight vacuum-insulated tote made of robust EPP with a high-performance cooling element attached to the lid. This multi-use solution utilizes a special phase change material (PCM) for refrigeration, which can maintain temperatures for up to 36 hours in fresh and frozen applications. Thanks to the efficient insulation of the tote with vacuum insulation panels (VIPs), even the deep-frozen range requires for most applications one cooling element only. The smart box design enables easy and smooth integration into existing processes, can optimize them, and significantly reduce operational costs. Integrated handle recesses and the lightweight design enhance workplace ergonomics. Custom adjustments regarding dimensions, temperatures and performance requirements are possible.
