Code of conduct
Our mission is clear: we want to be the best in the world in our product fields. This means that our company must stand for openness and integrity.
We are committed to fair competition and do not use unethical practices to gain a competitive advantage.
We acknowledge our responsibility towards our customers, employees, business partners, investors, the public and the environment. This includes compliance with applicable laws, respect for ethical values and sustainable action. We also expect all business partners to act responsibly and comply with the standards set out in this Code of Conduct, which defines the minimum expectations for the business relationship with the va-Q-tec Group.
The Code of Conduct describes how we put integrity into practice every day and act in accordance with our values.
Whistleblower system
We have decided to install a management system to ensure compliance with all requirements and standards as a tool and as documentation both externally and internally. Our whistleblower system enables all employees, our business partners and third parties to report confidential information about possible breaches of the law. This also includes information on violations of human rights due diligence obligations in our supply chain and at our sites, as well as reports of security gaps, vulnerabilities or incidents relating to our products.

Compliance Officer
Compliance issues, problems and violations can be raised or reported anonymously by va-Q-tec employees, business partners or third parties.
All obviously relevant compliance issues or problems are examined and treated in strict confidence. In addition to using the whistleblower system, contact can also be made via other channels:
