va-Q-tray L 35: Bakeries deliver entire standard baking sheets with refrigerated goods in new thermal transportation box<\/h3>\n

Bakeries are particularly affected by rising energy prices and higher operating costs. Energy-saving and economical alternatives are therefore also in demand for transporting temperature-sensitive goods. As a leading provider of thermal transport packaging, va-Q-tec offers cost-efficient delivery of chilled and frozen baked goods with its vacuum-insulated boxes.\u00a0The va-Q-trays<\/strong> (thermoboxes) and va-Q-lids<\/strong> (matching lids) developed specifically for bakeries, enable the safe transportation without refrigerated vehicles or ice packs.<\/p>\n

The new va-Q-tray L 35 transportation box with internal dimensions of 60×40 cm<\/strong> was developed to place standard baking sheets found in bakeries, for example for sheet cakes, cream slices and snacks, directly in the transportation boxes. By using the va-Q-trays, bakeries lower their labor expended and the costs for transportation. At the same time, the stores gain flexibility in the delivery of goods since they remain refrigerated in the transportation boxes and can be kept in reserve.<\/p>\n

This not only saves energy costs, but also optimizes the effort involved in delivery logistics. Refrigerated transportation without refrigerated vehicle<\/h4>\n

Thanks to the use of vacuum insulation technology<\/strong>, the reusable boxes keep the temperature of the goods constant for several hours \u2013 without ice packs or active cooling technology. The refrigerated or frozen goods are simply placed in the pre-cooled transportation boxes. This reduces energy consumption and eliminates the need for expensive refrigerated vehicles. The self-sufficient temperature holding time<\/strong> is between three and six hours<\/strong>, which enables a secure cold chain to the store.<\/p>\n

Modular system for maximum flexibility<\/h4>\n

The va-Q-trays<\/strong> are available in different sizes as a modular system. Thanks to their standard dimensions<\/strong>, they can be seamlessly integrated into existing logistics processes. A special feature: The boxes can also be stacked together<\/strong> in different sizes. Different temperature zones can be realized in one transportation unit. This allows the bakery to deliver fresh and frozen products in a simple transporter without temperature chambers.<\/p>\n

Durable, with an individual design and machine cleanable<\/h4>\n

The transportation solutions from va-Q-tec are energy-efficient, cost-saving<\/strong> and particularly durable<\/strong>. The use of high-quality materials and state-of-the-art production technologies ensures a long service life for the thermoboxes, which can be machine-cleaned.\u00a0Another plus for bakeries: The va-Q-trays<\/strong> can be individually designed in the corporate design of the bakery<\/strong> \u2013 including company logo and color scheme.
