Guter Brandschutz kann Leben retten. Als Experten f\u00fcr hochentwickelte L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr thermische Energieeffizienz, haben wir ein neues nicht brennbares Vakuumisolationspaneel entwickelt. Das Paneel \u201eva-Q-vip A2\u201c isoliert um ein Vielfaches besser als herk\u00f6mmliche D\u00e4mmmaterialien, schafft mehr Nutzfl\u00e4che und wird erstmalig die Baustoffklasse A2 (EN 13501-1) erreichen. Es kann zuk\u00fcnftig in allen Geb\u00e4udeklassen sowie in Sonderbauten mit hohem Publikumsverkehr wie Hotels, Schulen oder Krankenh\u00e4usern eingesetzt werden. Die neuen Paneele werden \u00fcberwiegend zur D\u00e4mmung von Au\u00dfenfassaden, B\u00f6den, D\u00e4chern, in Treppenh\u00e4usern und Installationssch\u00e4chten (TGA) genutzt.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eDurch die Modifizierung aller Komponenten unserer Vakuumisolationspaneele haben wir den hohen W\u00e4rmeschutz erhalten und gleichzeitig den Brandschutz signifikant verbessert. Dank der innovativen Technologie k\u00f6nnen damit mehr Geb\u00e4ude als bisher platzsparend und mit hocheffizientem Brandschutz ged\u00e4mmt werden. Das ist ein wichtiger Beitrag zur angestrebten W\u00e4rmewende\u201c, <strong>sagt Dr. Joachim Kuhn, Gr\u00fcnder und CEO von va-Q-tec.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mehr Nutzfl\u00e4che amortisiert Investition<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die va-Q-vip A2-Paneele zeichnen sich durch eine W\u00e4rmeleitf\u00e4higkeit von weniger als 4,3\u00a0mW\/(m K) aus. Das bedeutet, dass zwei Zentimeter der Vakuumisolationspaneele bis zu 14 Zentimeter dickes Schaumglas und bis zu zehn Zentimeter dicke Mineralwolle ersetzen. So werden bis zu 85 Prozent Platzersparnis bei der D\u00e4mmung erreicht und mehr Nutzfl\u00e4che geschaffen. Das va-Q-vip A2 ist staubfrei sowie einfach zu verarbeiten und beinhaltet keine gesundheitssch\u00e4dlichen Fasern.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eIm Gespr\u00e4ch zeigen sich Architekten oft \u00fcberrascht, wie preiswert Vakuumpaneele vergleichsweise sind. Abh\u00e4ngig vom Quadratmeterpreis eines Geb\u00e4udes amortisiert sich die Investition durch den zus\u00e4tzlich gewonnenen Raum oft schon unmittelbar im ersten Jahr. Auch deshalb lohnt sich der Einsatz moderner D\u00e4mmung mit entsprechendem Brandschutz\u201c, <strong>so Tobias Bock, Leiter Gesch\u00e4ftsbereich TEnEff bei va-Q-tec.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00dcber die Nutzungsdauer hinweg sorgt die hohe D\u00e4mmwirkung der Vakuumpaneele f\u00fcr gro\u00dfe Ersparnisse beim Heizen und K\u00fchlen. Das Beispiel des M\u00fcnchener \u201eFuturhaus\u201c im Stadtteil Lehel zeigt dabei eine konstante D\u00e4mmwirkung der dort verbauten Vakuumisolationspaneele\u00a0 seit nun 20 Jahren. Eine starke D\u00e4mmung sowie die Langlebigkeit des Materials tragen entscheidend zur Nachhaltigkeit von Geb\u00e4uden bei.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Projektskizze gewann Ideenwettbewerb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die nicht brennbaren und hochisolierenden Vakuumpaneele wurden von der Forschungs- und Entwicklungsabteilung von va-Q-tec entwickelt.
