The twenty-first century generation of thermal insulation needs to be flexible. To help you resolve difficult spatial design problems va-Q-tec offers cost efficient va-Q-pro panels.

va-Q-pro is our most advanced vacuum insulation panel produced in fully automatized production process. va-Q-pro consists of a powder core material and has a high gas and vapour barrier film. The core material of va-Q-pro can be recycled in an eco-friendly manner. The flat surface on the mounting side of va-Q-pro enables an easy installation. va-Q-pro can be produced in two dimensional shapes, with cut-outs and even as foldable 3D panels without any additional treatment. va-Q-pro can only be manufactured in series.

 

Application

Our third generation va-Q-pro is an advancement of the va-Q-plus vacuum insulation panel. Due to its flexibility of shapes, va-Q-pro can be used in various application fields, e.g. electric batteries or airplane wall insulation. There are almost endless possibilities for the application of va-Q-pro with the process being made as simple as possible.

  • Hint:

    (1) The maximal thickness of a panel depends on the size of the panel. The typical thickness is between 8 mm and 16 mm. The smaller the panel, the smaller the maximum thickness. Please contact us for your desired panel dimensions.

    (2) Due to their special manufacturing process va-Q-pro panels are not ideally rectangular. The thickness at the edge is somewhat less than in the centre. All dimensions, tolerances and insulation values refer to the insulating area from corner to corner.

    Please note: There are between 10 mm and 30 mm seams at all sides of the panel.
