Each va-Q-tec vacuum insulation panel is equipped with the patented system "va-Q-check" for inside gas pressure measurement.

This checking process is performed for all va-Q-tec VIPs before delivery. For example in fig. 1, the distribution of the gas pressures of our Silica VIPs is shown.

All our VIPs are clearly  below the limit value of 3 mbar. Because of our strict product control va-Q-tec VIPs have better insulation values and longer lifetime than conventional VIPs. This is also confirmed from independent institutes.
