va-Q-check

The worldwide patented va-Q-check is unique control system for VIPs. It makes a control of VIPs possible during production & installation.

• Measure time : ca. 5 - 10 sec./VIP
• Direct contact with VIP is necessary

• Possible measurement ranges from 0.02 to 10 mbar,

Principle of va-Q-check

• The heat flux through the covering film and the multi layer sensor
   is measured
• The heat flux depends on the internal gas pressure
