Vacuum insulation panel and thermal insulation

The global construction industry is moving towards better insulated, zero-carbon buildings that have increased usable space. To solve the challenges of high insulation performance in limited spaces, we offer vacuum insulation panels (VIPs), in which the principle of the thermos flask has been applied to flat panel forms.

The pressure-resistant core material consists of a compressed  plate of micro-porous powder. The core is evacuated and sealed in a high-barrier film using a special technique.

The high quality of our products, checked by the worldwide patented va-Q-check system, enables long-term, stable and highly efficient thermal insulation performance.

VIPs, in the main, insulate up to five times better than conventional insulation. Therefore VIPs only one fifth the thickness of conventional fibres can often insulate equivalently.
