The dilapidated medieval roof sealing over the nave, which lead to persistent moisture penetration despite continual subsequent drying out, caused immense damage to the historic building substance of the Rosslyn Chapel.

With highly-efficient our vacuum insulation panel, it was possible to meet the urgent need for action. Through the use of va-Q-vip B vacuum insulation panels, a low insulation thickness could be achieved, in keeping with the character of the building, with new roof sealing above the nave.
